Apple should first fulfill orders of people still waiting in US before starting pre-orders for other countries. They are just making more and more people unhappy with this long waits.

Why favour the US over others? Does it not make others unhappy not being able to get new products?

Hong Kong doesn't need Siri anyway, it's already noisy enough in the MTR! I don't want to have 25 iPhone 4s owners talking Chinglish to their Siri around me at any given time ;-)
And all of the local tabloids will announce "SIRI SUCKS" on the next day :D

Just like the famous Japanese youtube video that criticizes Siri for not understanding "Waaatz weh-zar duday"

They haven't even tried anything in South Korea to fail. Samsung can't try to block until the 4S goes on sale. 'Twill be interesting what happens, however, as Samsung holds a lot of clout over here. The courts may just side with them. Better get mine before it all ends up in court.
